About
The Cleanline
The Cleanline is based on Highfield Road, Hall Green in Birmingham but we are delighted to offer commercial cleaning services across the West Midlands.
We offer Commercial Cleaning Services
The Cleanline originally began trading as a partnership around 2010, founded by Sue Biddulph and her daughter Lisa. Having identified a distinct need for high-quality, reliable commercial cleaning services in the Dickens Heath and wider West Midlands areas, they set out to build a business rooted in quality, care and reliability.
Following years of steady growth, the business was formally incorporated as The Cleanline Ltd in 2023. Based on Highfield Road, Hall Green in Birmingham, we have expanded from a small team of two part-time employees into a dedicated workforce of eleven professional staff members. Remarkably, our growth has been driven almost entirely by word-of-mouth referrals and recommendations, a testament to the consistent quality of our work.
A Family-Run Business Built on Trust
At The Cleanline, we understand that inviting a cleaning team into your workspace requires a high level of trust. Because we are a family-run business, we care deeply about our reputation and the standard of service every customer receives.
To ensure complete peace of mind:
Personally Vetted Staff: Every single member of our team is hand-picked, thoroughly vetted and background-checked personally by owner Sue Biddulph.
Discreet & Professional: Our staff are trained to clean to the highest commercial standards while remaining entirely discreet and respectful of your working environment.
Secure Keyholding: We treat your property with the utmost respect; all keys are securely tagged and safely managed
